Merry Christmas

BLIZZARD!!

Well, the blizzard arrived this morning early. Brad and I heard sleet hitting our bedroom window starting about 7:00 am and that lasted about 2 hours, then the snow came, then the wind came...so we are inside today! We are expecting 6-8 inches of snow with "white out" conditions due to high winds. Our old dog, Sophy, refuses to go inside, but as you can see in the pic, we keep the door to the chicken house open for our pets but she would rather be miserable. I finally drug her into the wash house because her paws were frozen and she kept licking them. She does NOT like being inside though but we are making her stay inside to thaw out. Ice Storm 2007

The Oklahoma Ice Storm arrived at our house last night but luckily temperatures stayed above freezing this morning, but right at 33 so the roads were just slushy and muddy. We did have school but didn't go in until 10:00. Here is a pic of the girls with an icicle they found on the side of our barn..

Here are a few pictures from the weekend. We gave our dog, Rocky, a bath and he did NOT like it but now he is silky smooth! We also put the Christmas tree up and there are a few picture of the kids decorating.
