This week was our last football game and Braden was able to play after being out for about 4 weeks with a pulled muscle. The school sold raffle tickets to win "The Ultimate Couch Potato" and we won for the first half of the game, so Grace and two of her friends were able to sit on the couch out on the track during the first half of the game and enjoy free popcorn and a drink...

Grace and her friend Lexie dressed as hippies for their Middle School Halloween Dance Friday night...

Mary and her friends Taberie and Kami dressed "Emo"...if you don't know what that means..Emo is sometimes associated with a certain fashion. Emo clothing is characterized by tight jeans on males and females alike, long bangs brushed to one side of the face or over one or both eyes, dyed black, straight hair, tight t-shirts which often bear the names of rock bands (or other designed shirts), studded belts, belt buckles, canvas sneakers or skate shoes or other black shoes (often old and beaten up) and thick, black horned-rimmed glasses.

Braden had his high school Halloween Dance tonight and he and a friend are going as Mario and Luigi...

Since the kids are too "old" to officially trick or treat anymore, this is our only chance to see them dress up!!

Basketball practice has already started for the girls and Braden won't start practice for another two weeks..then I'll have pictures of hoops!!
